If you have tried Codecademy, this is very similar, and is more convenient , since it is on mobile. Teaches ALOT!!!!! Recommend this app 100%. Cannot believe its free!!! Very Happy!

This app isnt free. You need to unlock all lessons by paying $2.99. Only the first lesson - JS basics- is free. Please specify this in the description Mr. Developer.

Doesnt crash for ios7 this time but the app freezes at the beginning and just shows a white screen.

Saw the first review complaining about in app purchase. As if in app purchase was something new. Also, it says in-app purchase on the buy icon. Come on people, geez. Anyway, already using the app while my dog plays in the park. Works great!

I pretty much know all of this but Ill suggest it to my friends that would like to learn. Keep it up

I really love this app. Im new to programming in JavaScript and this cool little app has been a treat to learn with. I review the lessons while on the train or whenever I have free time. Im just about done with all of the lessons, so Im hoping that the developers will consider adding more courses to advance my skills beyond the basics.

I have been wanting to learn to code via mobile and this is the first solution I have stuck to all the way through. It works offline so I can use during my commute in the subway and is fun. Its an engaging way to learn JavaScript and I would recommend it to anyone who is a business person looking to understand the fundamentals like me.

After finally getting the app to load past the green screen, I love this app. Its easy to use and makes you want to keep completing lessons and taking notes. It doesnt feel like youre learning the basics of a programming language, even if its just at the beginner level. Hopefully Lrn Labs will expand and add both to the content and lessons for JavaScript but also with other languages as well. I would love to see a module such as this for Python if possible. Five stars, keep up the great work.

Not really free like the business insider article stated and like the app appeared to be.

I thought this was going to be cool, but it cost money to get the next course. I can just do this for free at code academy. Otherwise, if you want to pay for something that you can get free go for it.

The flash cards in the new update are bugged. Theyre supposed to flip when you tap on them, but they respond to the touch so infrequently that they are unusable. Would also like to see a landscape view added to the app, but thats more of a wishlist item. Will change review to 5 stars when flash card are fixed

Love the new HTML & CSS courses, amazing work!

Very well written app. Steps you through the basics of Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Python. Theres a small charge for the more advanced lessons in each module. No video. Each mini lesson is short but clear so you can step through it quickly.

I love this app so far from what Ive seen. It is great for learning html, css, and JavaScript, even though JavaScript is still in progress. I love how the lessons have flash cards! I also like the review questions, it helps to remember all the stuff. I love it, but I dont like the in app purchases!
